Creative rights and use

-I reserve the Rights of All Creative Works to Use for Portfolio Purposes
- Unless State by the Client, I Reserve the Rights of All Creative Works for Promotional Purposes (e.g Social media posts, Youtube videos, etc.)
- The Intellectual Property (IP) of original designs belong to the Original Creators
Client Usage

-Clients MAY NOT reproduce or use commissioned work commercially/for profit (i.e. Using commissioned work for ads, selling prints, NFTs, etc.)
- Clients may post commissioned work on personal social media accounts with/without credit to the artist; however clients cannot claim to be their own work (I will hunt you down/j)
- Clients MAY NOT trace/edit the artwork with the intent of posting or reproducing commissioned work. Ask permission if needed.
- Clients do not have permission to use my commissioned work in AI generative programs. (WIP/previews/sketches will be glazed/watermarked) As client you agree not to use it in AI. What is glaze? Check out this link!
Payment

- payments are made up front in full
-nonrefundable after approval of WIP/preview/sketch
- Venmo is preferred but PayPal is allowed. Ko-Fi donations is also another option!
Regarding Deadlines
-
- Clients may request an approximate time frame/deadline of completion before payment (approximation does not mean guarantee)
-If the deadline request is in a time frame of less than a week (less than 7 days); the commission cost will go up by an additional $10 as a "rushed" commission
-commissioned work will take around 2-6 weeks depending on what type
